Eye wrinkles are the first signs of skin aging to manifest. Before it can appear to the other parts of your body, it will appear in the skin around your eyes first. This is because the skin is significantly thinner than the others.
If you want to eliminate eye wrinkles, you should start by ditching bad habits and slapping on sunscreen. By ditching bad habits, I mean stop the habitual eye rubbing. When you rub your eyes mercilessly, the skin around your peepers are tugged and pulled. This makes way to loss of elastin and collagen and thereby induces skin sagging and wrinkling.
Squinting also instigates the formation of wrinkles. If the sun makes you want to squint, you might want to use protective gears like a hat or just use your hands to shade your face.

We are living longer these days. They say that 40 is the new 30. New evidence now shows that exercise can actually reverse aging. This is great news for all those who want to keep fit over 40.
Because we are living longer these days, it is imperative that we keep fit and healthy as we age. It is no fun living to a ripe old age but suffering with all kinds of problems. Many baby boomers go to the gym in the hope that it will do them good, but now we have evidence that exercise definitely has a beneficial effect on health and longevity.
The study found that exercising a few times a week not just ’slows’ or ‘repairs’ but actually ‘reverses’ aging in human muscle tissue. So if you keep fit and you are over 40, you actually reverse the aging process.

If you are looking for an anti-aging diet, you need to know that there are three different kinds of food that you have to concentrate on: Fats, Antioxidants, and Raw Vegetables.
When it comes to fats, you’ve got the good kind and the bad kind. Eating the wrong kind, can have a very negative effect on your aging. When I talk about bad fats, I’m talking about saturated fats. These are the kind of fats, you see at popular fast food places like Burger King and McDonalds, where they serve a lot of fried and greasy foods.
With the good fats, you are talking about certain oils, like olive oil, fish oil, etc…. These are great, just don’t overdo it.
Antioxidants are missing from a lot of people’s anti-aging diets. Not only are they healthy for your skin, but they also do a great job of preventing diseases such as cancer and heart disease.
